Ravi Kaiut is a Brazilian researcher, author, and educator whose work explores the intersection between movement, neuroscience, and longevity.
As Strategic Director of the Kaiut Yoga Institute, he leads the international development of the Kaiut Yoga Method and oversees the expansion of its global community of teachers and schools.
Ravi grew up inside the environment where the Kaiut Yoga Method was developed.
As a child, he was diagnosed with Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease, a condition affecting the hip joint that can lead to chronic pain and early degeneration.
Through years of practice and experimentation with the Kaiut Method, he experienced firsthand how targeted movement could restore mobility and function.
This experience shaped his lifelong interest in the relationship between movement and nervous system health.
Ravi Kaiut works at the intersection of movement science, neuroscience, and therapeutic yoga.
His work focuses on understanding how restoring mobility can influence the nervous system and support healthier aging.
In addition to teaching and writing, he leads research efforts exploring neuroplasticity and brain health.

Ravi is also the founder of NeuroVista Labs, a biotechnology research company focused on developing small molecules capable of activating neuroplasticity.
The research centers on compounds targeting the TrkB receptor, a key pathway involved in brain resilience and regeneration.
The goal is to develop therapies that may help address neurodegenerative conditions such as:
Ravi has authored multiple academic papers exploring the relationship between yoga, nervous system regulation, and health.
His work focuses on bridging traditional movement practices with modern neuroscience.
