Francisco Kaiut’s method is deeply influenced by his professional practice as a chiropractor and his education in craniosacral and polarity therapies, deep tissue massage, and hatha yoga. #yogaforeveryone

The man behind the Kaiut Method

Francisco Kaiut, the man behind the method:

At a very young age, Francisco was shot in the hip, an accident that caused chronic pain for most of his life. Always seeking relief from his pain, the creator of the method studied various types of alternative therapies and different types of massage, until at the age of 15 when he discovered yoga. At the age of 17 he opened his first yoga school and began a broad study on how to adapt the ancient practice of yoga to the needs of the modern humankind, and after a short period of time the Kaiut Yoga method was born. With a small group of students the method was already very effective in manifesting the vast therapeutic potential of yoga. After years of upgrading his method and delivering consistent results to his students, Francisco is now President of the Kaiut Yoga group, the teacher in charge of the didactic direction of 18 schools between Brazil and the USA. Francisco is also in charge of developing and delivering our progressive and ongoing educational platform.

The Kaiut Yoga Method

Designed to improve your quality of life, the Kaiut method adapts the ancient practice of yoga into an innovative way that reliefs the challenges of modern life. The human being spends a great part of the day sitting and the circulatory and biomechanical impact of this modern habitat  is extremely harmful to the body (especially in the 3 girdles of the body). Therefore many of our classes are focused on unlocking the hips. The method works with natural movements, increasing mobility and returning the body to its ideal structure and functionality. Suitable for dealing with all types of bodies, the Kaiut method is able to integrate practitioners with different class times very effectively, delivering solid results for all of their students. Intelligent use of the floor, walls, and force of gravity allows our students to experience deep, transformative body work in a 100% safe environment. This enables us to explore the individual situation of each student, delivering impactful and prompt results for all of our students.

In our classes, we use gravity in different ways to access the various structures and systems of the body. Our method also uses the wall and floor to eliminate the challenging aspects of gravity or balance enhancing the impact of yoga Practice on the nervous system

If you are recovering from an injury or only suffering from low mobility in Kaiut Yoga we modify the positions so that the posture can work for everyone regardless of mobility or Pain.
