Toronto Kaiut Yoga Classes - April 2018

Three classes will be held daily from April 8th to April 15th from 9-10am, 4:30-5:30pm and 6-7pm.

No experience is required. All props are supplied.

You may take single classes, or purchase an 8 class pass and attend each day of the event at a discounted daily rate. If you are interested in a more immersive experience , please join the 8 day training program. It is for teachers and non-teachers (people simply seeking to understand this method more deeply for their own practice) alike. CLICK HERE to learn more.


$25 +tax per single class. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start of class to complete a standard waiver form. 

$160 Cdn. + tax per 8 class pass. If you would like to attend all 3 classes a day you will need three 8 Class Passes. There is an early bird price of $140 for the class pass available until Feb 1 2018.

You can fly into Toronto's Pearson International Airport (take a taxi right to your accommodation OR the UP Express train to downtown Toronto followed by the subway or streetcar or taxi). You can also fly into Buffalo NY and then take a shuttle bus to Toronto (search online as there are a variety of options). For people from outside Canada, please remember you need a passport with min. 6 months from expiry.

Air B’n B and VRBO are a great options, as well as HomeStay. Hotels in the area include the newly renovated luxury boutique Broadview Hotel, Novotel Toronto Centre, and One King West Hotel & Residences (with rooms and suites).

How do I get around Toronto?

Downtown Toronto is very walkable. If the weather isn’t to your liking, there is the subway and street car system, and there is also an underground PATH through much of the downtown core. And of course there are taxis and uber. As well as Cars2Go and BikeShare.

What is the restaurant scene like in Toronto?

Toronto has everything from cheap eats to clean food to foodies hot spots. Toronto is also the most culturally diverse city in the world so you can find every kind of ethnic cuisine here.

Can I get to Niagara Falls easily from Toronto?
