There are several ways to practice with Francisco Kaiut around the world through classes, workshops and retreats.
Francisco is often in North America teaching classes. His classes are one hour in length and are designed to be effective for everyone from the experienced practitioner to those new to Kaiut Yoga, or yoga overall. No experience is required and all props are supplied. You can join a single pass, or there are often multiple class passes available. Click here to review his class schedule.
Francisco’s workshops provide an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Kaiut Yoga Method and the potential for it to impact your health and wellbeing. They are typically 2 to 4 days in length and are a combination of classes, theory and discussion. Sessions are typically 2 to 2 ½ hours long between breaks. There is no need to have practice Kaiut Yoga before joining a workshop. Simply come to a workshop ready to be inspired, to deepen your understanding of how the human body functions, and to learn more about the mind-body connection. Click here for his workshop schedule
A retreat is a special opportunity to work intimately with Francisco. Away from the hustle and bustle of regular life, Francisco creates an environment that allows the nervous system to release, creating more space for a deepening of the work. Your understanding of the Kaiut Yoga method will be greatly enhanced and your system will experience a significant shift in its functionality. Retreats are designed for people with a wide variety of experience with the Kaiut Yoga Method, including those with no prior experience at all. Click here for his retreat schedule.
