We like to welcome new members to a Kaiut Yoga Studio by first meeting you personally and having a discussion about your health & medical history. This helps us understand how best to serve you personally through the practice.

If you then decide that you would like to join the Kaiut Yoga community we will set you up for our monthly automatic withdrawal plan. This allows you to come to classes as often as you wish. We recommend that you practice three times a week to realize the full benefits of the practice and see the results in your body and in your life.

Craig Heneveld Injuries can be blessings in disguise – for Craig, a series of acute sports knee injuries helped lead him to a path of Kaiut Yoga. As a way to deal with his pain, Craig began studying with Francisco Kaiut in 2015. The results of his practice were profound and helped him understand how the intelligence of Kaiut resonates far beyond the mat into every moment of life. As a software engineer, Craig has experienced how a modern human, with lack of movement and a disembodied mind, can benefit greatly from this practice. Deepening his personal practice and continuing his studies under Francisco Kaiut, he looks forward to sharing this incredibly powerful work with the community.

Kristin Savory, L.Ac Kristin came to Kaiut yoga as a way to deal with back issues that crept up after the birth of her second child. The back problems were nothing that knocked her down, yet it was nagging enough to interfere with activities that she loved - like hiking, biking, and playing with her kiddos. As an acupuncturist, she explored a variety of alternative healing modalities to take the edge off her back. While she did experience some relief through treatment sessions, nothing addressed the dynamics quite as well as Kaiut Yoga. She is consistently inspired by the positive results that she sees with the Kaiut Yoga Method. Kristin has been studying with Francisco Kaiut since 2012. She is continually motivated by the method and how Francisco’s teachings evolve. Outside of the yoga studio, Kristin maintains a full acupuncture practice helping women balance their hormones, and enjoys spending time with her favorite folks: her family.

Darvin Ayre Darvin spent many years in outdoor environments- both as a mountain/ desert guide and pursuing multiple outdoor sports (backcountry skiing, mountaineering, trail-running and cycling). Not surprisingly, he experienced the tweaked shoulders and back, sprained knees and ankles that naturally occur with challenging physical activities. Eventually, these showed up as severe sciatic pain and lack of joint mobility. Add to that, a couple more decades as a traveling business consultant- there was even more stress to both mind and body. Thankfully, the Kaiut Method provided Darvin with a system reboot. He began practicing Kaiut Yoga in the Fall of 2016 and immediately experienced profound results. Surprised and grateful, he made the jump into a year-long teacher training shortly after. Darvin is excited to share this powerful method with the Boulder community, while deepening his own practice with Francisco Kaiut.
