I was entirely alone this past weekend. My kids were with their dad and my husband Daniel was in the UK on business. And yet I ended up texting Francisco on Saturday saying that while I was entirely alone I had never felt more connected. His response included a question 'connected to what?' and it got me thinking.
When you look at the photo above what do you see? Just me right? Well yes, and no. Because Kaiut has opened my eyes to the fact that we are all connected in every moment. What are we connected to?
Everything and everyone that has past.
Everything and everyone to come.
To all of life.
To all the love in the world today. The love lost. And the love that is possible.
To all the pain in the world today. The pain healed. And the pain that will come.
To all the vulnerability.
All the fear and embarrassment and deep insecurity.
To all the potential.
All the hopes and dreams and fierce determination.
To the good in all of us.
To the bad in all of us.
To the exhaustion in all of us.
To the fight in all of us.
To the greater consciousness.
The shifting consciousness.
I am never alone.
You are never alone.
No one is ever, ever alone.
We are all connected. All one.
Connection is the very essence of life.
Life does not exist, cannot exist, in isolation.
All our food comes from living things.
All our emotions are towards or in response to others.
We need living things simply to breath.
Call it way you may.
God. The universe. A higher power. The collective consciousness. The matrix.
Family. Community. People. Plants. Animals.
Life all around us. In us. In each other.
It’s all the same thing.
We’re all the same thing.
So life is crowded.
It's impossible to get away from the crowd.
And that's a good thing.
