Kaiut Yoga is accessible for everyone

  • Over 30 years of steady growth.
  • In the United States, Brazil, and Europe.
  • We have trained over 1,000 teachers worldwide through our Teacher Training courses.

Our philosophy

We believe in the power of transformation. The Kaiut Yoga method is indeed for anyone and everyone. There’s no age limit or prior experience required to participate in our Teacher Training courses. Our yoga method is much more than just physical work for the body. Kaiut Yoga is a practice designed to work from the joints using simple yoga positions and gravity intelligently to create a profound and noticeable interaction within the nervous system. The Kaiut Yoga method teaches practitioners how to gain more joint mobility, create better neurological connections throughout their system, and access their full human potential. Kaiut Yoga offers three Teacher Training segments: The Concept, The Teaching Side, and The Edge. Our Teacher Training program is open to teachers and non-teachers alike. We welcome attendees who simply want to deepen their understanding of this method for their own personal practice.

Teacher Training is an 8-day foundational course with Francisco Kaiut, the creator of the Kaiut Yoga method. This course begins with a discussion of the history of yoga, how it can evolve to serve the modern body and mind, and where it might be headed in the future. Students will experience days filled with practice and presentations by Francisco Kaiut. Neuroscience, biomechanics, and physics will be referenced to explain how this work is needed by every modern body. At the completion of this training, participants will have up to 30 sequences to practice at home, and a greater understanding of the Kaiut Yoga method and how it can help students attain mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

your teacher and the man behind the method:

At a very young age Francisco was shot in the hip in an accident that caused him chronic pain for most of his life. In his search for relief from his pain, he studied various types of alternative therapies and massage modalities until, at the age of 15, he discovered yoga. When he was 17, he opened his first yoga school and simultaneously began to research how he could adapt the ancient practice of yoga to the needs of modern humanity: the Kaiut Yoga method was born. With his small group of students, Francisco had already been effective in demonstrating the therapeutic potential of yoga. After years of constantly upgrading his method and delivering consistent results to his students, Francisco now directs the curriculum of 18 schools in Brazil and the US. He also develops and delivers the curriculum for Kaiut Yoga’s progressive and ongoing Teacher Trainings and workshops.
